Byron Bay Hinterland Nature Retreat

Our guided retreats in the Byron Bay Hinterland offer a deeply nourishing experience designed to cultivate mindfulness, presence, and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, each retreat gently weaves together meditation, breathwork, movement, and meaningful connection with nature.

Step into nature — listen to the gentle flow of the waterfall, walk across open farmland, and move through the tranquil bamboo cathedral. You’re welcomed into a peaceful sanctuary where you can fully relax, restore, and reconnect.

The experience includes guided mindful nature walks, Kundalini meditation, conscious dance, OM chanting, Kapalbhati breathwork, and Anapana meditation — creating space to release stress, restore balance, and awaken joyful expression. Morning tea and a vegetarian lunch are included, along with time for reflection to deepen connection and integration.

Please bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion for your comfort during practice, comfortable walking shoes for time spent in nature, and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
